We want you to love your jewelry as much as we love creating it. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

  • A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

❌ Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as worn rings or customized products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure the quality of every product.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement (same product) OR

  • A full refund (depending on availability)


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Worn or used jewelry

  • Items without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

  • Customized or special order pieces


4. Return Process

  2. Our team will guide you through the return steps.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund or exchange status.

📦 Return shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except in case of defective or wrong items).

  • Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us.


5. Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, if they have not been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
